Welcome to the BAFM Upper-Year Course Planning Tool

Students pursuing the 2021-2022 and later versions of the Bachelor of Accounting and Finance Management program are required to pursue one Career Interest Specialization as part of the degree. Students can pursue more than one, providing that they can schedule their courses accordingly while following a pre-approved work/study sequence shown in the undergraduate calendar.

As a BAFM student, you have 13 elective courses that you can use toward the exploration and completion of (at least one of) these Specializations. The purpose of this tool is to help you identify the requirements for the Specializations, design a unique academic pathway, and plan for elective course scheduling.

This tool is aimed at helping you think about your choices and how to map out your upper year courses/terms based on when courses may be offered in the future. The Undergraduate Schedule of Courses is the definitive source to determine course availability: https://classes.uwaterloo.ca/under.html
